Tulipwood Sample

This is another very rare commodity in Ireland, which is available from Castlegrove Crafts. This is a beautiful wood for turning and has characteristic colour from cream to pink with pronounced stripes from salmon to red to violet. The texture of this wood is very fine and produces a fragranced scent whilst being turned. It grows as a very small tree with an irregular shaped trunk.
